Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant to support several doctors with the following:

       Data entry of confidential information
  • Prepare a variety of administrative reports
  • Record keeping and filing
  • Accept and screens telephone calls and routes appropriately
  • Answer routine questions departmental operations
  •  Maintain physician calendar, take minutes, arrange travel and meetings, schedule surgery and procures authorizations
  • Minimum of 2 years medical office experience
  • Ability to work closely and professionally with physicians
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Ability to professionally communicate with management and all levels of staff
  • Basic medical terminology
  • Excellent MS office skills!
      On call Receptionist Administrative Assistant needed ASAP.

Ideal candidate will fill in when receptionist  plans time off for vacation, unplanned sick time or for busy seasonal times.  Must be flexible to work during the hours of either 7:30am - 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm.  Must be comfortable working a computerized phone system as well as working for a fast paced professional work environment. 

Pay:  $12 - $13.50/hr.

Candidate will need general proficiency on Excel and Word,  working with the imaging system, moving documents around. Must have strong attention to detail, good background with office software applications, strong work ethic, and a good attitude.

$14.00 per hour

Full Time

8:00 a.m. -4:30 p.m.

 Executive Assistant needed for a reputable well establish manufacturing firm. This Ideal position will be responsible for handling all travel arrangements of 2 Executive Directors. Must have a minimum of 5+ yrs. experience supporting C level executives and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining professionalism on the job. Must have advance Outlook calendaring, advance proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This position will start immediately, so if you are a self driven individual and can commit to a long term temporary contract opportunity apply now!
